- All plans must be submitted electronically via the Planning Development Coordination Application (PDCA). Access to the PDCA, submittal guidance and login instructions can be found on the Development Coordination website under the PDCA section.
- The Developer and Engineer will be notified via email with updates regarding their project review, such as: when the plans have been submitted, status of the Acceptance Determination, if More Information is needed and for Comments Sent.
- Additional review time may be required based on complexity of the submission, and DelDOT work volume. Notification of review duration will be included in the acceptance confirmation e-mail to the Applicant and the Developer.
