James Street Bridge Closure
Newport -The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that the bridge on James Street over the Christina River in Newport will be closed on Saturday, July 29th from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm so the contractor can position a crane to place box beams on the spans of the ongoing bridge construction.
Detours will be posted. Please use caution in the area.
