Millsboro- The Delaware Department of Transportation announces Lane Shifts on SR 24 John J. Williams Highway and Lane Closures on Hart's Road and Fairfield Road for paving operations on Wednesday, July 26th from 7am to 7pm.
Motorist are advised to use caution and expect minor delays while in the area.
