TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - Bridge Deck Sealing, Round 10
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists the following bridge locations will undergo routine maintenance, including cleaning and sealing operations, starting Monday, June 19th. All work will be done between 9:00 pm and 5:00 am. This week's bridges are:
· Route 2, Capitol Trail at the bridge over White Clay Creek between S. Dillwyn Road and Possum Park Road
· Route 273, Ogletown Road at the bridge over White Clay Creek Branch, between Ruthar Drive and Old Ogletown Road.
· Route 896, South College Avenue at the bridge over Muddy Run, between GMC Drive and Route 40
· Route 273 at the bridge on the exit ramp over westbound Route 4
This work is weather dependent. Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
