Approximately 300 feet West and 300 feet East of the bridge.
The existing structure consists of three corrugated metal pipe. The replacement of Bridge 2-275A has been proposed due to significant corrosion found during routine bridge inspections and the subsequent diminishing structural integrity of the structure.
The scope of the proposed project is to replace the existing corrugated metal pipes with reinforced concrete pipes. Additional improvements include minor approach roadway work and placing rip-rap in the stream for scour protection. The work shall be performed under a full road closure with a posted detour.
Design work is completed.
Construction work to be completed no later than Summer 2016.
