DelDOT is the only certifying agency in Delaware for DOT-assisted funding from FAA, FTA, and the FHWA. Agency partners using our directory includes Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA), Delaware Transit Corporation, Sussex County Engineering Department.

• Municipalities may operate local programs within their jurisdiction separate from DelDOT’s DBE Program.
• Other certifications such as MBE, WBE, SBE, etc. are handled by Delaware’s Office of Supplier Diversity.
• All inquires for onsite reports may be directed to DOT.DelawareDBE@delaware.gov.
