<title>For The Abandonment &amp; Vacation of a Portion of County Road 232-A (Creek Road) in New Castle County</title>

<description>WHEREAS, The Delaware Department of Transportation, (DelDOT) has custody and control of Creek Road; and&#13;&#13;WHEREAS, DNREC-Division of Parks and Recreation has petitioned DelDOT to consider the vacation and abandonment of a portion of County Road 232-A (Creek Road).  The area is referenced as follows: beginning at a point approximately 420 +/- linear feet from the intersection of Creek Road and Rockland Road, proceeding in a north-easterly direction, along Easterly side of the property line for Brandywine Park, approximately 720  +/- linear feet to a dead end.
