If you have an interest in establishing contact with a Delaware Department of Transportation Human Resource Representative and are currently employed as an Engineering, Planner or Surveyor Technician (EPS Tech.) or enrolled in a Civil Engineering curriculum at a Technical school or University, you may meet the minimum qualifications for a full time EPS Technician Position.
