Road Network Files - DelDOT Centerline File
|
The DelDOT Centerline file is a digital, spatial representation of the State of Delaware's statewide transportation network. DelDOT's cartographic unit
initially digitized the centerline file using USGS Quad Maps as the baseline. After aerial photography was acquired in 1992, it was visually matched against the 1:12,000 scale
orthophotography. The process was repeated in 1997 with the 1:12000 scale photography acquired that year and again in 2002 with the new 1:2400 scale photography

Suffix in full road name designating direction |

The centerline file is in a shape file format and has been zipped using WinZip. It is in State Plane North American 1983 Delaware (Meters) Projection. For further information please contact Matthew Laick

| DelDOT Routes File |
| The DelDOT Routes file is a digital, spatial representation of the State of Delaware's routes system.
There are three distinct types of routes in this state: 1.) Interstate, 2.) United States, and 3.) State. It is maintained at
DelDOT as an event table based on the Centerline file.
The Routes File is attributed with the following information: |
