Riders on a Bike Trail
Description:
Construct a trail along an abandoned railroad corridor owned by the State of
Delaware from SR 273 to south of the Christina River.
Cost:
$1.5 million
Justification:
Will encourage more people to choose off-road pedestrian and bicycle facilities
to get to destinations.
