Project Description

The purpose of this project was to stop condensation created in the restrooms which caused water build-up on the floors. It involved redirecting the incoming cold domestic water through a cooling coil which dehumidifies and lowers the temperature (dewpoint) of the space air and provides warmer water no above the dewpoint of the space, to the restroom fixtures.
