Emergency Repairs to the Route 4, St. James Church Retaining Wall

Project Description

The purpose of this contract was to initiate emergency repairs to the retaining wall along Route 4 in the vicinity of the St. James Episcopal Church in Newport. The wall was in immediate danger of collapsing.
