Outstanding Projects for 2006
| Each year, the Delaware Department of Transportation celebrates the achievements and recognizes the hard work of their many dedicated employees, consultants and contractors.
The projects are nominated by individuals within the Department of Transportation. Those nominations are then reviewed by a committee and each nominated group must offer a presentation to substantiate their nomination. Once the process is complete, the list of this year's best projects is compiled.
