Time and Labor Implementation

Project Description

DelDOT was selected as one of the pilot agencies to convert to the new Time and Labor application. Implementation of Time and Labor is the second step in standardizing all state agencies on the PeopleSoft suite of products for Enterprise Resource Management, which began with implementation of PHRST for HR and payroll processing. Time and Labor provides the ability to track and record leave and interfaces directly with PHRST for payroll processing. For DelDOT, Time and Labor replaces a custom-developed VAX leave tracking application, providing the additional benefit of eliminating the use of a system residing on this aging hardware. The final step in the ERP implementation is converting all state agencies to PeopleSoft Financials.
