Mill Creek Road Slope Stabilization

Project Description

Reconstruction of approximately 725' of Mill Creek Road between Mendenhall Mill Road and Brackenville Road as a result of slope failure. Several sections of the roadway had fallen down the existing steep side slope causing an unsafe road. At the time this location became a project, DelDOT had closed the road.
