Improvements include:

  • SR 141 Spur from North of West Park Drive to North of Powder Mill Road
  • Children's Drive from Rockland Road to SR 141 Spur
  • Powder Mill Road from SR 141 Spur to US 202
  • US 202 from Independence Mall to the North property line of AstraZeneca
  • Bike Paths along Rockland Road, Children's Drive, Powder Mill Road and US 202
  • Rockland Road from West Park Drive to Children's Drive
  • Traffic signals at several locations
