Blue Ball Properties - News & Updates - West Side Improvements Construction
The Blue Ball Properties Project has been broken down into several construction phases. The west side improvements, which will begin in Spring 2002, are comprised of important environmental and transportation features. These improvements include a temporary roadway, the restoration of the upper reaches of Alapocas Run, new landscape features, the creation of the initial portion of the trail system, wetland creation, and the construction of significant parts of the overall storm water management system for the west side of Route 202.
