Project Limits:

This project is located in the City of Wilmington along Windsor Street between
8th and 9th Streets.

Project Need

This project involves the construction of curb and sidewalk along Windsor Street 8th Street to 9th Street. In addition, curb ramps will be reconstructed to comply with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Also, the existing pavement within the project limits will be removed and reconstructed with a new, full-depth, hot-mix pavement section. This work is being undertaken to improve safety and mobility for pedestrians.
