Project Limits:

This project is located in the City of Wilmington along Greenhill Avenue adjacent to the Ed "Porky" Oliver Golf Course between 7th and 11th Streets.

Project Need

This project proposes to replace and repair a dilapidated fence and stone wall, remove existing trees, and plant new trees along Greenhill Avenue. The purpose of the project is to improve streetscape aesthetics along Greenhill Avenue.

Project Overview:

This project proposes to replace and repair a dilapidated fence and stone wall, remove existing trees, and plant new trees on the west side of Greenhill Avenue adjacent to the Ed "Porky" Oliver Golf Course from 7th Street to 11th Street. The purpose of the project is to improve streetscape aesthetics along Greenhill Avenue. In addition to the landscape and scenic beautification enhancement, the project will also provide minor drainage improvements to redirect overland flow away from the proposed landscape improvements.
