E-Zpass Delaware Customer Service Center Celebrates First Anniversary

Delaware E-ZPass!		 November 1, 2004 marked the first anniversary of the opening of the Delaware E-ZPass Customer Service Center in Dover.  The facility is the first 24-hour, 7-day-a-week electronic toll customer service center in the country.
