DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PROGRAM
PARTICIPATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005
In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the Delaware Department of Transportation has established a proposed overall
goal of 11 % on all federal-aid contracts for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation for Fiscal
Year 2005 includes a Race/gender-neutral participation goal of 2%. The public is advised that information
on how this goal was developed is available for inspection during normal business hours (8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m.,
Monday - Friday) until close of business, July 15, 2005 in the Contract Administration Center, 800 Bay
Road, Dover, DE 19903.
The Contract Services Administration Office will accept comments on the goal until close of business July 31,
2005; Comments may be addressed to:
