Project Sponsors: Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Division of Parks and Recreation

Funding:

  • TE Funds = $1,00,000
  • Matching Funds = $461,000 (DNREC and Community Transportation Funds)
  • Total = $1,461,000

Features:

  • Raised boardwalk trail through wetlands
  • Outlook pier; boat launch to spillway; spillway crossings
  • Footbridge to camping area
  • Landscape, parking lot, and drainage improvements; retaining wall

Eligible Activities:

  • Pedestrian and bicycle facilities
  • Multi-use looped trail through the Park; raised boardwalk and footbridge
