- When are applications due?
- Applications are due by November 1st and a map showing the location where the sand barrel is to be placed must be submitted along with the application.
- Is it necessary to reapply each year?
- Yes. We require a new request form each year.
- How do I know if my development qualifies?
- Currently, only developments within the North and Canal Districts are eligible. For clarification, please contact George Hollis at 302-326-4462.
