Develop partnerships to support transportation management activities. Partnerships include the The Federal Department of Transportation, DEMA, Civil Air Patrol, State of Delaware, Delaware Department of Transportation, DART First State, EZ-Pass, Department of Technology and Information, the Delaware State Police Communications Division, and various academic partners.
