What's New for Adopt-a-Highway

Here is what's new and happening with our AAH Program this season ...

• We've recently posted our Volunteer Survey . Please take a moment to tell us what you like and don't like about our program, as well as how you want to be appreciated and recognized for your efforts. Please feel free to send us comments as well.
• We are still encouraging middle and high schools to participate in our program. Each school that joins will get an engraved plaque, along with certificates of appreciation and letters of community service. If your school is interested, please contact Tina Shockley at 302.760.2080 for more information.
• Check out our new link, Stats: Making a Difference. This page contains stats from 2008, like how many people participated, how many hours were spent picking up litter, etc. It's important for everyone to know that volunteers make a difference in their communities.
• Stop and think for a minute...what would Delaware look like without anyone picking up litter. Scary huh?
