Volunteer Photos

Delaware's Adopt-a-Highway program has hundreds of participants who give up their time to keep their designated two miles of roadway clean. Volunteers come from every age group, background, economic status, career field,and walk-of-life you can think of. Here are just a few of the people who have donated time to clean up Delaware's roadways.
