CONDITION OF SALE:
  1. Deposit: $10,000.00, by certified check or cashiers check. The check is to be made payable to the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT). The balance of the approved purchase price is due at time of settlement. If the BUYER fails to comply with the conditions of the sale, the deposit shall be forfeited.
  2. Settlement will occur within ninety (90) days from the date the sales contract is approved by DelDOT. BUYER is responsible for meeting DelDOT’s schedule for final settlement.
  3. DelDOT reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers.
