Hartly -- Due to the inclement weather, this work has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 13

WHEN: 8 AM on Wednesday, March 13 until 4 PM on Friday, March 15, pending weather

WHERE: Route 8/Halltown Road between Hourglass Road and Crystal Road near Hartly

WHAT: DelDOT's maintenance crews will be removing and replacing the crossroad pipe.

Detour routes:

Eastbound: Traffic will travel north on Hourglass Road, east on Judith Road, south onto Crystal Road, and return to Route 8/Halltown Road.

Westbound: Traffic will travel north on Crystal Road, west on Judith Road, south onto Hourglass Road and back to Route 8/Halltown Road.
