Newport -- WHEN: 7 AM until 3 PM on Sunday, February 24, pending weather

WHERE: Exit 4 (Route 4/Newport Pike) ramp will be CLOSED

Route 141 northbound right lane closed between I-95 entrance ramp and
Exit 5/Boxwood Road

WHAT: DelDOT's contractor, Greggo & Ferrara Inc., will be adjusting concrete barriers for construction.

Detour: Route 141 northbound to Exit 5/Boxwood Road, turn left onto Boxwood Road, follow straight along Newport Gap Pike. Access Route 4 eastbound/westbound into the Town of Newport.

This rehabilitation project includes replacing joints in the deck, milling, steel repairs, bearing replacements, painting, replacement of approach slabs, portions of the abutments and drainage improvements. The anticipated completion date will be fall 2013.

Please be aware of changing traffic patterns, slow moving construction vehicles, and construction personnel.
