Dover -- The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT), in conjunction with the City of Dover Police Department and the Delaware Office of Management & Budget, announces that streets in downtown Dover will now be open on Tuesday, January 15.

Due to inclement weather, the Inauguration Ceremony for Governor Jack Markell has been moved indoors to Central Middle School, Capital School District, 211 Delaware Avenue which is located off of Division Street in Dover.

The Governor's Inauguration event will take place at 11 AM.

DelDOT will provide Variable Message Signage regarding this new schedule of events for motorists.
