The Delaware Department of Transportation Administration Building on the Danner Campus is located in south Dover on Route 113/Bay Road. The Campus is directly across from the Blue Hen Corporate Center and adjacent to the Bay Court Plaza shopping center. Other buildings on the Danner Campus include the Department of Safety & Homeland Security - which also houses the Dover Division of Motor Vehicles, the Delaware Transit Corporation's Kent County Administration offices, and DelDOT's Central District Headquarters.

From Pennsylvania: Take I-95 south through Wilmington. South of Wilmington, take Exit 4A (Route 1) to Dover. Follow Route 1 all the way to Dover. Once you pass through the main Dover Toll Plaza take Exit 95. After taking the 95 exit, turn right at the light onto Route 113/Bay Road heading north. The Administration complex entrance is on your left approximately .5 miles ahead.

From New Jersey: After crossing the Delaware Memorial Bridge, stay on I-295 south until it ends at I-95. Then the directions are the same as for Pennsylvania using Exit 4A.

From Baltimore and northern Maryland: Take I-95 north to Exit 4A (Route 1) to Dover. Then the directions are the same as for Pennsylvania.

From points south: Take Route 13 or Route 113 north (whichever is more convenient) to Dover.

• If you are taking Route 13 travel through Dover past the Rodney Village and Carrolls Corner shopping centers. Just after crossing the St. Jones River bridge there is a traffic signal at the intersection of Public Safety Boulevard. Turn right on to Public Safety Boulevard, it will take you around to the rear of the Administration complex.
• If on Route 113/Route 1 travel past the Dover Air Force Base and make sure to take the "last exit before toll" exit ramp (exit 95 for Dover North 113, Camden Route 10). The Administration complex entrance is on your left approximately 1.5 miles ahead through three (3) traffic lights.

From Washington DC and points west: There are several ways to get to Dover from MD 301. The most common is to take MD 302 (Barclay Rd.) from MD 301. Go straight through Barclay then take the right in Templeville at the Dover sign heading toward Marydel. At the state line in Marydel, the road changes to Route 8. Follow Route 8 until you get to Dover, then continue through "downtown" Dover until you reach Route 13. Turn right and head southbound. Just after the traffic light at Loockerman Street the road splits. Stay to the far left for Route 113. The Administration complex entrance is on your right at the fourth traffic light.

Directions to other DelDOT Adminstrative Offices:

North District:   (Map it).

From Points North and West (Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. ):  Take I-95 to Route 273 East.  Follow 273 East to Chapman Rd. and turn right.  After the I-95 Underpass, Turn right on Regal Blvd.  Follow to address 39 Regal Blvd.

From Points South:  Follow US13, US113, or SR1 north, continuing on SR1 from Dover toward Wilmington.  Take the SR1 ramp toward Christiana Mall north of the C & D Canal.  Follow to Route 273.  Turn left at the bottom of the ramp and follow Route 273 West to Chapman Rd.  Turn left on Chapman Rd. After the I-95 Underpass, Turn right on Regal Blvd.  Follow to address 39 Regal Blvd. 

Canal District:  (Map it)

From Points North and West (Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. ): Take I-95 to Route 273 East.  Follow East 273 to Route 7 South (Bear Christiana Road).  Follow to address 250 Bear Christiana Rd. 

From New Jersey: After crossing the Delaware Memorial Bridge, stay on I-295 south until it ends at I-95. Then the directions are the same as for Pennsylvania using Exit 4A.

From Points South: Follow US13, US113, or SR1 north, continuing on SR1 from Dover toward Wilmington.  Take the SR1 ramp toward Christiana Mall north of the C & D Canal.  Follow to Route 273.  Turn left at the bottom of the ramp and follow Route 273 West to the first traffic light (Route 7).  Turn left.  Follow to address 250 Bear Christiana Rd. 

South District:  (Map it)

Note:  On the map above, look south of Arrow Rd. for the intersection of Route 9 and US113.  That is Shortly Rd. and the location of the South District Administrative Building.

From Washington D.C. and Points West: To get to Georgetown via Dover, take MD 302 (Barclay Rd.) from MD 301.
